Merry Christmas

From our house to yours.. Merry Christmas!

This Christmas would be a different one for me, here are some reasons;

1. My first time to spend Christmas with my husband’s family. Yes we will be going to a family Christmas party tomorrow. I am sure, the whole family will be there from the sons and daughters up to the great grandchildren. I am so looking forward for this.

2. My first time to finally have a White Christmas. I was really hoping it will snow before Christmas and my wish was granted . We got more snow than what I expected ha ha ha. There’s no snow in South Carolina. In fact, my friends were telling me that they will have some very pretty temperature down there.

3. My husband and I can open our presents on Christmas morning. We don’t have to wait until July to celebrate Christmas together. You see, there was one Christmas that my husband was deployed in the Middle East. So we missed celebrating Thanksgiving, birthdays, wedding anniversary and Christmas together. It was really hard for me especially that I don’t have any family in South Carolina. I am just thankful of my two filipina friends and my church as well as my office mates. And most of all, my adopted parents who were always there for me.( I spent Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year with them. Their son was also deployed together with my husband ) God put these people into my life at the right time and at the right place.

I really wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for visiting my blog . I wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Let’s not forget that JESUS is the reason for the season !
